NYSPFFA Represents 18,000 Career Fire Fighters & Paramedics Across NYS-
(BINGHAMTON, NY) The New York State Professional Fire Fighter’s Association has endorsed Rich David for the New York State Senate, District 52.
In the endorsement letter dated July 20, 2022, NYSPFFA President Samuel A. Fresina says; “You have a proven track record throughout your history, working hard to provide the necessary resources to help our members stay safe and protect the communities they serve. The NYSPFFA looks forward to maintaining a positive working relationship and we are confident you are the right person to fill this most important job."
The New York State Professional Fire Fighter’s Association represents 18,000 career firefighters and paramedics across New York State.
“I’m honored to have the support of the New York State Professional Fire Fighter’s Association," said Rich David. “During my tenure as Mayor I focused on investing in ways to support the fire department and increase the safety of our region through additional personnel, training, equipment and a new state of the art fire station headquarters downtown. Fighting fires is one of the most dangerous jobs in public service, and my record illustrates I’ve made public safety a top priority and will continue to do so as a NYS Senator.”
Rich David is the former Mayor of the City of Binghamton, and former President of the New York State Conference of Mayors (NYCOM). David earned his Master’s in Public Administration from Binghamton University, and is currently a member of the Broome County Land Bank.
